DEPOSIT: The Deposit is not refundable if the Client cancels or changes the date.
FIRST CANCELLATION CLAUSE:
In any case or circumstance, minimal or extreme that the client is going through, no amount or deposit that the client has given is definitively non-refundable.
SECOUND CANCELLATION CLAUSE:
If the cause of the cancellation of the event was not for what was mentioned in the previous clause but was due to weather issues or natural disasters, the client would have the possibility of rescheduling their event for a date of their choice as long as Andys Productions has an agenda available on the date requested by the client. However, in addition to the previous clause, there is no cash refund from Andys Productions, but we repeatedly emphasize the client's knowledge that we do not make any monetary refunds.
CLAUSE OF ANDY'S PRODUCTIONS EQUIPMENT USED TO RECORD THE PRODUCTION:
In case the weather is not so severe as to cancel the event, the client must speak to our production staff to see if such weather does not affect our recording equipment to continue with the recording of the event as long as our equipment such as cameras, lights, microphones, gimbal or Drone (if such service were requested by the client) our production staff in the event area would have to determine that our equipment is not damaged by weather issues and Andys Productions would make the final decision if to continue.
ANDYS PRODUCTIONS HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AT ANYTIME IF:
In the Event are illegal substances or activities or if a fight starts, the Photographers get insulted or something related, the Photographers have the right to leave at that time and the amount paid will NOT be refundable. Please keep all kids away from Andys Productions Equipment and Staff at all times to prevent any incidents or accidents cause by any kid(s) running around or causing trouble to Andys Productions Staff, if such accident or incident occurs the Client is Obligated to pay any damage immediately or else Andys Productions has the right to stop recording and leave the event immediately.
CLAUSE OF CANCELLING THE CANCELLATION:
In such case that our client has already made their cancellation and for some reason or another has fixed the situation for which they canceled, the client may have the possibility of rescheduling their event on the same original date as long as Andys Productions has the date available or the client would have to reschedule their event on another date available to Andys Productions and any reactivation of the contract the client is subject to paying a minimum amount of $500 dollars either by rescheduling the same date or another date available to Andys Productions.
TRAVEL COSTS:
The Client shall reimburse the Photographers for additional travel cost, which includes going to different places that was NOT agreed on contract. Minimum charge will be $50 dollars.
TIME:
Client Agrees to Cooperate with Photographers and Videographers and understand PUNCTUALITY. The hours agreed on this contract is the time that our services start running, If the Clients AGREES that the Event will Start and End at the scheduled Time. If for some reason the Event or Session Starts Minutes or Hours Late we don’t adjust the time LOST, we will ONLY service the time AGREED on this contract. If you need to add additional hours to this contract the day of the event we charge $350 dollars per additional hour if the photographers and Videographers are available to stay for that time.
POST-PRODUCTION: All Photos and Videos are Color Graded and Basic Edit before giving it to the client. If the client wants to make ADDITIONAL Corrections or Edits Like adding effects, or someone that was not at the time of Production additional Charges will apply. The Production Delivery may vary depending on the time of the event record usually it takes from 1 to 5 month to have a production ready for pick up or delivery.
ENTRANCE PHOTO: If there’s an entrance photo session to this contract, Client has only 3 FREE modifications to ONLY one photo and once it’s ready ANDY’S PRODUCTIONS will send the Photo Sample to the client for approve before printing.
COPYRIGHT: Client hereby agrees that all rights, copyrights, titles and Video taken by ANDY’S PRODUCTIONS belong solely and exclusively to ANDY’S PRODUCTIONS and are free from any claims whatsoever by Client. ANDY’S PRODUCTIONS license photos and video to CLIENT from the Event. All photos delivered to CLIENT are licensed for CLIENT'S PERSONAL USE ONLY. Photos and Video of the Event or Session will be giving to Client with a COPYRIGHT FORM so Client can Print and Share as many images and Videos She/He may Like “Unlimited Reproduce” For Personal use Only with no COPYRIGHT Expiration Date. With this Contract we give the client a “Copyright Form” FREE of charge, If the Client Asks for another Form $150 Dollars will be the fee and the client may choose to pick up physically the form or have it sent by e-mail
